All appointments are booked through our online booking page. Choose your service and pick a time that works for you.
Please note: Services selected at booking are provisional. Final treatment will be confirmed after consultation with your practitioner.

Tick the services you would like. Your appointment length is calculated automatically. Choose either acupuncture or facial acupuncture. Moxibustion is an optional add-on (also available standalone).
Before you book
- All treatments will be discussed with you during the consultation. The service you select when booking is not final. Your practitioner will recommend the most suitable treatment after assessing your condition.
- New patients must include an initial consultation (30 - 45 min).
Late Cancellation Policy
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- All cancellations must be made by email at info@luiacupunctureandherbs.co.uk.
- Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice incur a £30 consultation fee.
- After two consecutive late cancellations or missed appointments, we may no longer be able to accept further bookings.
